My only suggestion would be to maybe include a little card in the display window to say what each flavour is and include all the different flavours for the £4 slices on the website so that it's easier to preorder them. Keep it up!! :)
Update, June 2021: love this place! Had some of their cookies which were very nice, and I also really appreciate how they listen to customer service (e.g. I suggested to add little cards with info and they did!). This is amazing and definitely shows the signs of a successful business, well done guys!! :)
Another update, August 2021: Really great service! Now they also handwrite your message on cakes as long as you preorder (here is a picture... My cake is squished but that was my rookie mistake as I was cycling!). All the staff is really nice, especially the woman who is serving - she has dark hair but I forgot to ask for her name! They also have a tip jar in case you have spare change. Thanks guys and see you for the next birthday!Wow! It’s my first visit to Bravo Patisserie in Brighton. I bought the chocolate cake and lemon cheesecake. OMG they are divine!!! Really fluffy texture to the sponge, full of flavour and not sickly sweet. Highly recommend.

The cakes never disappoint! They are delicious, we have tried the double choc, Oreo, red velvet and chocolate and pistachio. They are all divine love this place

We regularly buy San Sebastián cheese cake which is tremendously tasty & fantastic. We didn’t fancy much coffee latte.

The cakes are good so far . No too sweet just right and the flavours are just good . Had their chocolate and velvet cakes for £9(two big slices ) .I Would definitely recommend . They are proper cakes not the stuff we get that way too sweet . I Would love if they did a mint chocolate cake 🍰 . But overall it's great 👍 yet to try their pastries and bakes , but as for the cakes I can confirm they are heavenly good 👍.

Mmmmmmmmmmm. This place looks yuuuuummmmy... They make their own patisseries on site and they taste amazing. Great service too.
The cakes are so good, not very sweet and really have flavor! Best so far in Brighton. One of the few places that make real patisserie and not just sponge cakes with cream or jam. Served politely and with a smile as well. Def recommend.

Everything looks so lovely! I tried a little éclair and two cakes. Tasted so good! Will definitely will be going back there. The lady who served me was really friendly and helpful

I can’t speak for the cakes as I didn’t try them but the homemade Dubai chocolate is 10/10, super yummy!
I googled "Brighton birthday cake" and Bravo Patisserie popped up. And thank goodness it did! They were in the process of making a chocolate cake, which was finished 30mins after my call. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! My friends were very impressed. General comments ..."This is the best chocolate cake ever!" etc The Head Baker is a true craftsman. Superb!! Couldn't recommend Bravo Patisserie more highly. BRAVO !!!

Went my first time yesterday and its gorgeous! Beautiful cakes, and the eclaires were so lovely and fresh. The actual shop is presented beautifully and is open late if you want a cheeky cake on your way home. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending to friends!!

The patisserie made a beautiful 16 inch strawberry and white chocolate cake for my wife's 40th birthday. It was a big hit with everyone, such a light and delicious cake with fresh fruit. Couldn't recommend this place more. We will be placing more orders.
